Go to Comodo, to the west portal. Around there will be an NPC, "Old Man". Talk to him and he will offer advice. Listen to his advice, the advice has to be about a loved one and talk to him again. He'll say he has no more business with you, and in blue it'll say that you feel there is "something that you have missed". Keep talking to him until he tells you to "come back later". This can take a long time, just keep talking to him until he says that. Then he'll ask you for items: 50 Cyfars, 10 Brigans, 15 Clam Shells, 10 Crab Shells. Give him the items and get an OBB.
