The MMO business is competing by developing more new, the World of Warcraft is now leading the competition. More developers focused on new paths of improvement to attain different field in the gaming world. CCP's EVE Online suck up the unemployed Math graduate demographic. Both SOE's Free Realms and Kingisle Entertainment's Wizard101 are progressively converting all young gamers to MMO brutes. In BioWare's Star Wars: The Old Republic and Cryptic's Star Trek Online are the most sci-fi games that pleased their fans. In Funcom's The Secret World and Icarus Studios' Fallen Earth, there is another hardly tested demographic - the Final Fantasy XI. But the players have rallied because they hear the frightening issue of "PS2 Limitations." That is, the console MMO has the trendy new thing for MMO developers. Raising the MMO market, Turbine’s investment increased to $20 million in their latest console MMO.

According to Craig Alexander, Turbine's VP of Product Development, offline RPGs like Fable 2, Fallout 3 and Oblivion now have more than 3 million copies sold. Craig predicted that this invention of MMOs will move further in consoles.

Turbine is known as the most volubly accommodating companies for console MMOs. The amusing trifecta of Superhero MMOs like City of Heroes, Champions Online, and DC Universe Online is now levelling up to "consolization". City of Heroes was first launched and it's sticking in staying on PC. Champions Online announced that they are planning to have an Xbox360 version which will be launched in the last quarter of 2009. DC Universe Online still focuses on console and they are planning of releasing PS3 and PC. CCP, the creator of the thinking person's MMORPG: EVE Online, is also included in the list of having consolization. Their next project is Dust 514, a console based MMO/FPS. In this game, players can interact with EVE Online players and they can pay tactical wars and act as mercenary units for their EVE buddy. NCsoft has not discussed their upcoming martial arts MMO called Blade & Soul. But their intention to release a console MMO will be possible thru Sony and NCsoft partnership.

They want to manage the combat smoothly. Because of the success of games like Street Fighter 4 and Blazblue, the MMO fighter for PS3 will be launched soon. [via zam.com]
