"The closed beta of the sci-fi MMORPG Star Trek Online will start later this year", this is a statement of Star Trek Online developer Cryptic.
Closed beta applications were accepted by Cryptic for STO since September. Craig Zinkievich, Executive producer, stated that STO will be released between January and March 2010.The Executive Producer is not allowed to give the date. The marketing people will gonna smack him when it happens. It's a secret for now. Wait for the press that will ensue in a couple of days.
Gamers may signed up for six-month or lifetime subscriptions to another Cryptic MMO. Access to the beta version was guaranteed by Champions Online. [via cinemablend.com] |
